| Chief Financial Officer (CFO) |
 |
The CFO will be responsible for all financial, acquisition, subsidiary oversight, IT and human resources manage-ment aspects of the company operations. Besides financial leadership, the CFO leads in the translation of acquisition strategic objectives into business development initiatives and oversees operations integration, business development and financial management of subsidiary companies. Directly reporting staff includes: VP of Finance, functional heads of Business Development, IT and HR. Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 10 years experience in a senior-level finance position, with 5 years direct experience for a government contracting company. Experience preference is for the Aerospace or Aerospace Defense industry. A CPA is preferred. (EEOE M/F/V/D)
