| Product Line Marketing Manager-Small Commercial Engines |

Duties:
The product line marketing manager will be assigned responsibility for the oversight of small commercial turbine engine products. Typically assigned suppliers are selected from the largest revenue-volume suppliers and those that have the potential for significant growth. Managers may also be assigned new product lines for a short period to ensure such lines are rolled out properly. Product line responsibilities will include acting as a primary or secondary point of contact for the supplier, monitoring sales and margin, ensuring compliance with key contract terms, increasing market share and/or sales through proactive marketing, maintaining positive relations with the supplier, education of the sales organization on product line opportunities, providing technical support to sales and customers, assisting in resolution of problems that may develop, and development of new market opportunities. The product line marketing manager will also be responsible for reviewing, negotiating and restructuring agreements with suppliers to achieve various objectives. From time to time, the Manager will be involved in business development activities and other projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor''s Degree in Marketing or Business; or six years specific job related experience.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years product marketing and/or vendor/supplier relations in aviation industry.
SKILLS: PC skills - intermediate level or higher, Excellent negotiating skills, Excellent verbal and written presentation and communications skills, Strong analytical and math aptitude
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Marketing or Business degree with an emphasis in aviation.
EXPERIENCE: Distribution, manufacturing and/or government/military environment
CERTIFICATIONS: A Private Pilot''s License and/or A&P Certification
